Community pages describe a probabilistic Disco application rather than a guaranteed mutation every trigger.
Pro gives inconsistent timing and chance descriptions. Calculator Wiki renders its second stat in time units. Neither is sufficient for a verified success-rate preset.
Weight and cooldown

Illustrative math only: six independent attempts at a user-entered 20% chance give 1.2 expected successes and about 73.8% chance of at least one. Neither result guarantees a Disco fruit; replace the example with current observations.
What do the reported hatch odds mean?
Using the reported 0.25% Anti Bee Egg chance, 100 eggs give about 22.1% probability of at least one Disco Bee. Reaching at least 95% would require 1,197 eggs under this model.
