Public GAG2 guides do not agree on mutation multipliers. Electric is reported from 25× to 80×; Frozen spans 3× to 20×. Even two pages from the same publisher, dated the same day, contradict each other about stacking. This page shows those conflicts instead of silently choosing a convenient number.

Row-by-row interpretation
A wide range can come from a patch change, a different crop category, a mislabeled effect, or simple secondary-source error. The matrix alone cannot distinguish those explanations. These notes identify the exact follow-up question each row creates.
Ten is the most repeated published number in this sample, but repetition is not proof: several community pages can inherit one upstream table. The 15× claim appears in the page that also uses a different stacking model, so a test should record whether the displayed Gold label is a crop variant, a seed state, or an event-applied effect.
Three pages publish 30×, while two All Things How pages show opposite outliers. The list page reports 10× and the stacking page reports 40×. Because those outliers share a publisher and date, they demonstrate editorial inconsistency more clearly than they demonstrate a real game change.
Three pages report 25×. GAMES.GG reports 70×, and the same-publisher stacking page reports 80×. A future reproduction must capture the exact on-screen mutation name: some pages use Lightning or Shocked for the event while the fruit label is described as Electric. Those names should not be assumed interchangeable without evidence.
The reviewed reports move from 3× and 5× to 14× and 20×. That pattern could indicate patch drift, but publication order does not prove the game changed. The safest check is a same-crop before-and-after sell-screen observation during Snowfall, with crop type and harvest behavior recorded.
Blank cells preserve the early pages' uncertainty. They are important evidence that a number was not consistently established when those guides were written. Two later pages agree on 50×, but the older 25× report remains a visible alternative until a first-party value or reproducible test resolves it.
Each numeric source chooses a different value, so there is no source majority to summarize. The spread is smaller than Electric in proportional terms, but a 20× difference still materially changes a high-value harvest estimate. Treat any single-number calculator preset as a source choice, not a verified fact.
Aurora has the largest proportional disagreement in the overlap set. All Things How and GAG2 Values publish 1.5×, while Grow a Garden Calculator publishes 40×. A name collision between weather, mutation, or a later rework is one possible explanation, but that is only a hypothesis. Do not use 40× or 1.5× as a guaranteed current value without checking the exact patch and in-game label.
Critical conflict
The All Things How list, GAG2 Values page, and Grow a Garden Calculator page say one mutation occupies a crop and multipliers do not stack.
A second All Things How page says Gold or Rainbow can combine with a weather mutation through a variant-times-additive formula. That directly conflicts with its companion page.
Because the publisher did not test these mechanics in game, the calculator above applies only one selected reported multiplier. It does not claim that stacking works or that any listed formula is authoritative. If your in-game crop shows more than one label, record the labels, base value, final value, patch date, and crop type before drawing a conclusion.
Reproduction protocol
A useful test needs more than a screenshot of one large number. Record enough context to separate the mutation from weight, crop-specific reductions, friendship, decay, gear, pets, and other bonuses.
Record the calendar date, server region if visible, official place ID 97598239454123, and any version or update label shown in game. Do not test in the original Grow a Garden experience.
Use the same crop type and comparable weight without a mutation. Capture its displayed weight, labels, and sell value before adding any event or mutation effect.
Apply or observe only the target mutation when possible. Remove pets, gear, friendship boosts, and other effects, or record each one explicitly when removal is impossible.
Save the exact mutation label, crop name, weight, harvest type, and sell-screen value. A weather event name alone does not prove the resulting fruit mutation name.
Run multiple crops of the same type. One observation can expose a contradiction, but repeated matching results are needed before publishing a stable multiplier claim.
Share inputs and outputs rather than only the calculated multiplier. If results differ, keep both records and investigate the hidden variable instead of averaging them away.
