The entered hatch-time reduction is capped at 0%. Periodic time removal is modeled as a discrete cut after each full interval. Slot time assumes each batch starts immediately after the previous identical batch finishes.
Expected eggs are long-run averages, not guarantees. Target confidence uses an independent binomial model with a constant chance per egg. It excludes pity systems, changing egg pools, stock availability, animation or placement delay, server lag, helper targeting conflicts, offline behavior changes, and unequal timers across slots.

Target odds
A 1% target has a 100-egg mathematical expectation, yet the chance of getting at least one within 100 independent eggs is only about 63.4%.
Egg slots
More slots complete identical eggs in fewer batches. They do not change target probability per egg or the number of eggs purchased.
Reproducible probability
For n independent eggs with target chance p, the chance is 1 − (1 − p)^n. The miss-all probability is (1 − p)^n.
For two or more desired copies, the calculator uses the binomial probability of obtaining at least k successes in n eggs.
The negative-binomial mean for k target copies is k ÷ p. It is an average across many runs and has no guarantee deadline.
The tool searches for the smallest whole egg count whose binomial probability reaches each confidence target.
Use the countdown shown by the exact egg and patch. Convert hours to minutes before entering it: 8 hours is 480 minutes.
Combine continuous percentage reductions only when their stacking rule is known. Sum periodic fixed cuts separately.
Use the target pet probability shown by the same egg pool. Do not mix a pet chance from another event or legacy egg.
Enter only slots that can run this same egg setup simultaneously. Different egg timers require separate scenarios.
Data conflict warning
Public 2026 calculator pages disagree on base hatch times, helper percentages, speed caps, periodic effects, pet limits, and egg pools. Even pages marked “verified” can describe different patches. This tool therefore starts without a speed boost or periodic cut and asks you to enter the current in-game values.
The editable 90% cap is a secondary-source scenario default, not an official universal claim. Change it when your current game evidence supports a different limit.

The threshold table shows the minimum eggs for 50%, 75%, 90%, 95%, and 99% probability of reaching that target.
Expected eggs is a long-run average. For one target with a 1% chance, the expectation is 100 eggs, but 100 eggs provide only about a 63.4% chance of at least one success. Higher confidence requires more eggs.
Planned eggs are divided by active slots and rounded up to complete batches. Each batch is assumed to start immediately after the previous batch and every egg is assumed to have the same effective timer.
