Compare 25 community-listed GAG2 seeds by Sheckle price, stock amount, appearance chance and calculated waiting threshold. This is not live stock: the full tables may share Fandom as their upstream source, Pineapple and Coconut prices conflict, and no row was checked inside the game by this publisher.

Carrot, Strawberry, Blueberry and Tulip are listed at 100%. Tomato is close at 90%. A listed 100% chance describes the community table; it is not a live count of how many you can buy.
Rarest listed row
Under independent five-minute rolls, 0.28% needs 822 refreshes to cross a calculated 90% chance—about 68.5 hours. That is a scenario, not a guaranteed timer.
Price conflicts
The shop tables show 10,000 and 140,000. Other reviewed crop tables show 30,000 and 70,000. Both alternatives remain visible rather than being averaged into invented prices.
Waiting scenario
Estimate how many reported five-minute refreshes are needed to reach a target chance of seeing a seed at least once. This is probability math on a community-listed stock chance—not a live shop reading or a promise that the game uses independent rolls.

Under the independence assumption, 822 refreshes produce a 90.02% calculated chance of at least one Dragon's Breath appearance. “Mean wait” is an average across many hypothetical runs, not a deadline.
Dated shop reference
Price and chance are transcribed from the reviewed community shop tables. The 90% column applies 1 − (1 − p)^n and rounds up to a whole refresh. It assumes the listed probability stays constant and every refresh is independent—neither assumption was verified in game.

Conflicts preserved
The Fandom-derived seed shop tables list 10,000 Sheckles. GrowAGardens2.com reports a 10,000–30,000 range, while the crop table inside GrowAGarden-2.wiki lists 30,000 even though its shop table says 10,000. The disagreement may reflect a patch or table-maintenance error; no cause is proven.
The reviewed shop tables list 140,000 Sheckles. The crop table on GrowAGarden-2.wiki lists 70,000, and other seed lists repeat that lower number. The page therefore shows 140,000 as the shop-table transcription and 70,000 as a conflicting report, not as an obsolete or corrected value.
Dragon Fruit is handled differently. Multiple reviewed pages repeat 120,000 Sheckles and 4%, but one publisher flags that price as suspicious because it is lower than several Epic seeds. We keep the repeated number and attach a caveat; internal rarity logic alone is not evidence for a replacement price.
Decision framework
A seed is not automatically the best purchase because it is expensive, rare, or difficult to find. The table describes shop access, not crop profit. Use each field for the question it can actually answer.
Listed Sheckles tell you how much cash must be available when the row appears. They do not tell you harvest revenue, regrowth speed, decay, mutation return or theft risk. Copy the current in-game price into the profit calculator before comparing two crops.
A 5% listed chance means the calculator models a 0.05 probability on each refresh. It says nothing about how many copies appear, whether the game groups rolls, or whether servers receive identical outcomes. It also does not make a missed seed more likely on the next assumed-independent roll.
Bamboo is listed at 7–11 copies when it appears, while many late-game seeds show one. Quantity can affect how quickly you fill a plot or repeat a planting plan, but the range is still a community table field rather than a live purchase limit.
Common through Super describes the listed tier, not a clean price ladder. Dragon Fruit's repeated 120,000 price is below Mango's 300,000 despite the higher rarity. That unusual ordering is a reason to verify, not permission to invent a more convenient price.
The clock estimate counts five-minute refresh intervals only. It does not value time spent checking the shop, income from fallback crops, or the risk of missing a purchase while away. A lower-tier seed available now can still produce more session profit than waiting for a rare row.
Crossing a calculated 90% threshold leaves a 10% miss chance under the model. Even 95% can fail. Use thresholds to compare how demanding two listed chances are, never to claim that a particular refresh must contain the seed.
Source lineage
Fandom exposes the community Seed Shop table. Two dedicated wiki pages reproduce the same 25 rows, order, stock ranges and rounded chances. That close match is useful for transcription checking, but it also suggests shared upstream data. We do not label three matching copies as three independent confirmations.

A 10% chance does not mean a seed must appear once every ten refreshes. Independent random trials can produce long misses or several appearances close together.
The expected wait is 1 ÷ p refreshes. It is the mean across many hypothetical runs, not the point where your personal shop becomes “due.”
Confidence thresholds answer a different question: how many trials are required before the calculated chance of at least one appearance crosses 50%, 90% or 95%. They still do not guarantee an appearance.
For an actual purchase decision, open the official game and verify the current row in Sam's shop. Use this page as a dated planning reference, not as authority over the game UI.
Reproducible release
The JSON preserves all 25 rows, source roles, alternative prices, review date and limitations. The release manifest records its byte size and SHA-256 checksum so a future shop revision can be compared with this exact snapshot.
Put a verified current shop price into the GAG2 profit calculator, compare disputed mutation multiplier scenarios separately, and use the pet tier consensus for role selection. These pages never import original Grow a Garden prices into the sequel.
