Grow a Garden 2 Voting: Gold Carrots, Lucky Swipe & Rewards

The gag.gg Vote page lets players rate proposed ideas and is repeatedly connected to Gold Carrots and possible mailbox rewards. This guide separates first-party policy from player reports, keeps refresh and bonus conflicts visible, and gives you editable planning math without inventing Lucky Swipe or contest odds.

Identity fact check

gag.gg calls itself a fan-made toolkit—not a Roblox site

Several guides casually call gag.gg “official.” Its own July 9 privacy policy and terms are more precise: the site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. That does not make the Vote route fake; it means players should distinguish a game-related companion site from Roblox itself before connecting an account.

Five connected features with different evidence strength

Vote / swipe

Repeated

Multiple pages describe rating proposed plants, pets or features. The live gag.gg Vote route exists, but current swipe counts and cooldowns should be read from the live interface.

Gold Carrots

Primary policy

gag.gg defines Gold Carrots as free in-site items. Its policies say they have no cash value, cannot be purchased or cashed out, and are not Grow a Garden 2 Sheckles.

Sources: gag-privacy, gag-terms

Lucky Swipe rewards

Repeated · no odds

Several pages connect voting to Seed Packs, eggs or other items delivered to the mailbox. No reviewed first-party odds table supports a guaranteed reward rate.

Carrot Contest

Secondary agreement

Secondary pages describe spending Gold Carrots as contest entries for possible mailed prizes and partial losing-entry refunds. Exact odds and refund formulas remain unpublished in the reviewed primary policies.

Sources: gamezebo, u7buy

Optional account connection

Primary policy

gag.gg says sign-in is optional and uses Roblox OpenID Connect identity scopes. Optional email, phone and Discord connections add separate data and should be reviewed before use.

Editable planning math

Gold Carrot voting target planner

No reward-odds assumption

Enter what your own account actually earns per voting session. Published refresh and reward amounts conflict, so the calculator does not hard-code a guaranteed hourly rate.

Carrots remaining

100

Sessions needed

5

Calendar days

3

Projected balance

100

Formula: remaining ÷ observed carrots per session, rounded up; sessions ÷ planned sessions per day, rounded up. Lucky Swipe items, contest prizes, refunds and profile bonuses are excluded because they are not fixed voting income.

Vote

Rate ideas, then verify the live cooldown

Sources broadly agree on swipe-style rating for plants, pets or feature ideas. They do not agree on a permanent refresh: roughly hourly voting conflicts with one thirty-minute arcade refresh claim.

Lucky Swipe

Possible rewards are not guaranteed rewards

Seed Packs, eggs and other mailbox items repeat across secondary pages. None of the reviewed first-party policy pages publishes the probability of triggering a Lucky Swipe or of receiving a particular item.

Profile bonuses

Reward amounts conflict; privacy choices remain separate

Two guides disagree on the reported Discord bonus. Email, phone and Discord connections also expose different optional data, so a small site reward should not replace an informed privacy decision.

First-party definition

What are Gold Carrots?

Under gag.gg's own policies, Gold Carrots are free virtual items used inside that site. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought or cashed out, and are distinct from Sheckles or plant mutations inside Grow a Garden 2. Secondary pages connect them to voting, tips, leaderboards and Carrot Contest entries.

Free in-site item

The terms say no purchase is necessary to earn Gold Carrots.

No cash value

They cannot be redeemed for money, real-world goods or services.

Rules can change

The site may void items tied to bugs, fraud or abuse; deleted accounts do not retain balances.

Reported Carrot Contest snapshot

Two secondary pages align on three broad prize tiers

The tables below are useful for recognizing a live contest, not for calculating expected value. The reviewed primary policies do not publish entrant counts, win odds, selection method, guaranteed prize inventory or a refund equation.

Top 50

Legendary Seed Pack

Evidence: two secondary pages

Top 500

Rare Seed Pack

Evidence: two secondary pages

A player-reported 50-carrot entry with 7 returned is one observation, not proof of a 14% refund formula. Enter only after reading the live rules and accepting that a contest outcome is uncertain.

Account safety

Review the identity flow before chasing a reward

gag.gg's privacy policy says basic use works without signing in. When Roblox sign-in is used, it lists the openid and profile scopes, a signed HttpOnly session cookie and one-time token use. Email, phone and Discord are separate optional connections.

  1. 1.Confirm the browser is on https://gag.gg/ before authorizing anything.
  2. 2.Read the current Roblox authorization screen and requested scopes.
  3. 3.Treat email, phone and Discord connections as optional separate choices.
  4. 4.Never enter a Roblox password outside Roblox's own authorization flow.
  5. 5.Use Roblox Account → Security → Authorized Apps to revoke access when needed.
  6. 6.Remove optional connections or request deletion through the controls listed in the current privacy policy.

The current policy says access can be revoked from Roblox under Account → Security → Authorized Apps. It also describes controls for removing optional connections and requesting account-data deletion.

Eighteen identity, voting, reward and privacy claims

IdentityPrimary policy

gag.gg is affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

Its own policy and footer say the opposite: it is a fan-made toolkit and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox.

VotingPrimary policy

gag.gg currently exposes a public /vote/ route.

The route and page title were available on the review date; interactive content can depend on client state or sign-in.

Voting asks users to rate proposed plants, pets or features.

The reviewed pages describe swipe, like/pass or community-content voting in similar terms.

Sources: gamezebo, gag2net, u7buy

VotingLimited

Every voting session always contains twenty swipes.

One page says usually twenty and another refers to voting on twenty concepts; the live batch can change.

Sources: u7buy, gamezebo

VotingConflict

Voting refreshes on one stable interval.

Two pages describe roughly hourly voting, while another says arcade plays refresh every thirty minutes.

Sources: gamezebo, gag2net, u7buy

RewardsPrimary policy

Gold Carrots are free in-site virtual items.

This definition comes from gag.gg's own current policies.

The policies say they have no monetary value, cannot be purchased or cashed out, and only operate within the site.

Sources: gag-privacy, gag-terms

RewardsRepeated

Voting can award Gold Carrots.

The exact amount and refresh cadence should be read from the live account rather than treated as fixed.

Sources: gamezebo, u7buy

RewardsConflict

Email, phone and Discord connections award fixed profile bonuses.

The pages disagree on the Discord amount, and bonus availability can change; the privacy cost is separate from the reward.

Sources: gamezebo, u7buy

RewardsRepeated

Lucky Swipe can deliver Seed Packs or eggs to the game mailbox.

The item families repeat, but no audited first-party probability table supports a guaranteed hit rate.

Sources: gamezebo, beebom, fandom-pack

ContestRepeated

Gold Carrots can be used as Carrot Contest entries.

Both secondary pages describe a raffle-like entry system; live contest rules override their snapshots.

Sources: gamezebo, u7buy

ContestLimited

The Carrot Contest always requires at least twenty Gold Carrots.

Only one reviewed page supplies this threshold.

Sources: u7buy

ContestRepeated

Reported contest tiers include one top pet, Legendary Seed Packs for a top group and Rare Seed Packs for a wider group.

The two tables align broadly, but the primary policies do not guarantee prize counts or availability.

Sources: gamezebo, u7buy

ContestLimited

Every losing contest entry receives a fixed refund percentage.

Partial refunds are described, but one player's 50-to-7 example is not a universal formula.
