Grow a Garden 2 Crops: 43-Plant Database

Search 43 Grow a Garden 2 crops by name, Seed Shop rarity, seed price, listed stock chance, average Sell Stand value and harvest type. The database joins two dated releases without pretending that a missing shop row means “unobtainable” or that every competitor uses the same definition of a crop.

Broadest evidence layer

43 dated value rows

Every listed crop has an average unmutated Sell Stand reference, average weight, normal-minimum estimate and harvest label. That creates one consistent entry requirement instead of padding the list with TBA names from another publisher.

25 exact-name matches

Twenty-five crops also appear in the dated Seed Shop snapshot, adding rarity, price, stock range and listed chance. Those fields describe a reviewed community table, not the current contents of your server.

Scope conflict

Competitors list 30–73

Five current search results publish 30, 38, 42 or 73 crop rows. The largest count mixes Maple variants, secret entries and TBA entities. A bigger number is not automatically a more current playable roster.

Searchable evidence database

Search 43 Grow a Garden 2 crops

Every row has a dated average Sell Stand reference. Twenty-five also match the reviewed Seed Shop snapshot. A missing shop row means only that the crop was outside that snapshot—it does not prove the crop is unobtainable.

Use the right number

Seed price and crop value answer different questions

Seed price is the cost of starting or adding a plant when that seed appears through the reviewed shop route. Average value is the published unmutated Sell Stand value for one crop at its listed average weight. Comparing those two numbers directly does not produce profit because repeat harvests, growth time, crop count, weight and mutations still matter.

For a buying decision, start with this page to identify the crop, then use the Seed Shop audit for refresh and wait-time evidence. Use the crop profit calculator only after entering your own harvest count, cycle time and mutation scenario.

The listed chance is a community-reported per-refresh field, not a guarantee that the item is currently visible. The live server shop remains the final check. A crop outside the shop snapshot can come from a pack, event, testing route or a later update; this database does not guess which explanation applies.

For pack-exclusive crops, move to the seed-pack odds calculator. For the published sell metric and all ten historical discrepancies, open the complete crop values audit.

Current examples

Briar Rose and Romanesco show why coverage labels matter

Briar Rose

The value release lists a 6,500-Sheckle average at 9 KG and a repeat harvest. It is not present in the 25-row shop snapshot. Current search pages disagree on roughly 4,000 versus 6,500 average value and describe its availability differently, so this page does not turn an alleged 50M price into a current purchase instruction.

Romanesco

The value release lists a 1,500-Sheckle average at 1.5 KG and a repeat harvest. It also sits outside the shop snapshot. Competitor pages call it limited, testing-only, event-tied or a future shop item. Until the live game provides a route, “no reviewed shop row” is the strongest defensible label.

Planning routes

“Best crop” changes with the job

Highest listed sale

Rocket Pop leads this dated average-value reference at 22,500 Sheckles, but it is single-harvest and appears in only the widest value source. Highest row does not prove best long-run income.

Repeat-harvest planning

38 of 43 value-backed rows are labeled repeat harvest. Their value still depends on fruit count, cycle time and your observed yield, so compare a real session rather than multiplying one fruit indefinitely.

Plan a Sheckle target →

Mutation upside

A lower baseline crop can outrun a higher one after weight and mutation changes. Published multiplier sources disagree, so compare both stacking models and enter the multiplier you actually observe.

Frequently asked questions

Grow a Garden 2 crop database answers

How many crops are in Grow a Garden 2?

There is no reviewed first-party public roster. Current database pages list 30, 38, 42 or 73 because they handle variants, testing rows, secret names and TBA entities differently. This page lists 43 crops that meet one explicit rule: each has a dated value record.

What is the best crop in Grow a Garden 2?

No single row proves “best.” Rocket Pop is highest in this average-value snapshot, but profit also depends on seed cost, availability, harvest count, growth time, weight and mutations. Use the seed tier consensus for editorial rankings and the calculator for your own observed inputs.

Does this page show live Seed Shop stock?

No. The price, range and chance fields come from a July 30 community snapshot. The page does not connect to an authenticated game inventory feed and never labels a crop as currently stocked.

Why are some crop rarities blank?

Rarity is displayed only when the crop exactly matches the reviewed 25-row Seed Shop release. For other rows, the table says “Outside shop snapshot” rather than importing an incompatible or undated competitor field.

Can crops decay?

Community sources report crop decay, but disagree on whether it applies to mature crops on the vine or harvested fruit placed in the world. The dedicated crop-decay calculator keeps that scope conflict visible.

SERP coverage audit

Five crop pages, four different scopes

The crop database pattern is repeated across the current search results, but row counts and field definitions are not. These pages establish search intent and scope disagreement; they are not treated as five independent confirmations of every number.

Audit the release or continue through the GAG2 wiki

The public JSON records the merge rule, upstream releases, competitor scope counts, intent split and evidence boundaries. Use the values page for price-only analysis, the Seed Shop for refresh planning, and the tier list for editorial rankings.
